Academic School Year Training:  Strength and Agility is 9th-12th Only

(**Adjustments are made on shortened weeks**)

        Monday- 4:00-5:00 PM Strength
        Tuesday- 6:30-7:30 AM Agilities (see calendar for sessions)
        Wednesday- 4:00-5:00 PM Strength
        Thursday- 6:30-7:30 AM Agilities (see calendar for sessions)
        Thursday- 4:00-5:00 AM Strength 


Summer Training:      Agility Training is 7th-12th        Strength Training is 9th-12th Only

Training will be conducted Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday beginning Monday, July 20th and ending on Thursday, August 6th
